This trip is ideal for enthusiastic folks who want an easy introduction to “real” mountain biking. You and your guide are dropped atop Jackson Mountain and will encounter creek crossings, mud holes, and a few moderate climbs on the way down. KAYAKING
Inflatable Kayaks, commonly referred to as “ducks or duckies,” are an exciting way to get out on the local rivers and lakes on your own. We offer instructional trips, guided tours, and rentals depending on the seasonal water levels.
INSTRUCTIONAL DUCKY TRIP - 1/3 DAY, No Experienced Required, Sense of Adventure Recommended
Learn the basics of whitewater paddling and tackle the river along with our guides who will take the edge off of the learning curve. We start with instruction on a pond, move to an easy stretch of river to learn the basics, and finish with an exciting rapid to test your new skills. Cost: $59/person all gear included.
MONTEZUMA CANYON TOUR – 2/3 DAY, No Experience Required
This trip runs with our regularly scheduled raft trip, but is great for folks looking for a little more excitement than relaxing on a raft. Cost: $65/person all gear included
INFLATABLE KAYAK RENTAL – Previous Experience Recommended
Rent Solo and Tandem kayaks for rivers or lakes. These relatively stable and forgiving boats can be rolled up and easily transported in the trunk of your car. Cost: Solo Kayak $50/day. Tandem Kayak $65/day. includes life jackets, paddles, helmets, and pump.
RIVER GEAR RENTAL
Even in the middle of summer, visitors can be shocked at the cold river water! Stay comfortable and safe while playing on the river. Rent our splash gear, wetsuits, booties, life jackets and helmets.
Cost: Full Package- $20/day. Wetsuits- $10/day. Splash gear, booties, helmets, life jackets- $5 each/day
